You’ll collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define solutions that drive process improvement, technology adoption, and measurable value.This is a long-term, career-focused role — not a short-term contract or placement.🔍 ResponsibilitiesPartner with internal and client teams to define and document business, functional, and technical requirementsTranslate business needs into clear user stories and workflowsLead process analysis, gap assessments, and solution modelingCollaborate with development, QA, UX, and PMO teams throughout the delivery cycleSupport testing, change management, and rollout planningEnsure compliance with project governance and industry standards✅ Requirements3+ years of Business Analysis experience in industries such as Financial Services, Software, Telecom, Logistics, or GovernmentStrong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and digital transformation workflowsExperience working with tools like Jira, Confluence, Visio, or LucidchartExcellent communication skills across both business and technical audiences
