Business Analyst (Agile Environment, 3+ Years of Experience)Job Title: Business Analyst Location: Masakan Sheraton – Almaza Work Type: Full-time, OnsiteAbout the Role We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with more than 3 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will serve as a key link between business objectives and technical solutions. This role involves analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring that technical implementations meet business needs effectively. Experience working in an Agile environment is required.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to gather and document detailed business requirements.Map and analyze existing (“as-is”) processes and design improved (“to-be”) processes.Develop and maintain process models, data flow diagrams, and other documentation to visualize system interactions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.Prepare user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications in accordance with Agile practices.Identify process improvement opportunities and provide recommendations based on data analysis.Ensure proper traceability and validation of business requirements throughout the project lifecycle.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.Proven experience working within an Agile Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and documentation abilities.Experience with process modeling and data visualization tools (such as Lucidchart, Visio, or Miro) is an advantage.Why Join Us This role offers the opportunity to work in a structured and collaborative environment where your contributions will play a key role in achieving business goals and improving operational efficiency.
