Location: Sydney and MelbourneType: Permanent/ ContractRole: We are seeking a Tech Business Analyst with strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence, particularly Large Language Models (LLMs). The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring AI-driven initiatives deliver measurable value.Key Responsibilities:Analyze business processes and identify opportunities where AI/LLMs can enhance efficiency, automation, and decision-making.Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and data scientists to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions.Document functional requirements, workflows, and use cases for AI/LLM integration.Evaluate emerging AI technologies, tools, and frameworks to recommend adoption strategies.Support testing, validation, and deployment of AI solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.Provide insights on ethical AI use, data governance, and compliance considerations.Qualifications:Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.Proven experience as a Business Analyst in tech-driven projects, preferably with exposure to AI/ML.Understanding of LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, LLaMA) and their applications in enterprise contexts.Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.Familiarity with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.Preferred Skills:Experience with prompt engineering and fine-tuning LLMs.Knowledge of data pipelines, APIs, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).Ability to communicate complex AI concepts in simple business terms.
