Hello Everyone Hope your doing well We are hiring for Business Analyst Experience : 6 to 8 yearsLocation : Remote Role OverviewWe are looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst with a strong development background to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation. The candidate will be responsible for conducting feasibility analysis, defining requirements, and collaborating closely with development teams to ensure optimal solutions are designed and implemented. The ideal candidate should be able to think beyond standard configurations and propose innovative approaches leveraging ServiceNow capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements across ITSM, CSM, FSM, ITOM, and Portal modules.Perform feasibility and impact analysis of new requirements and enhancements.Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.Collaborate with development and testing teams to ensure alignment with business expectations.Conduct end-to-end validation of developed solutions through ATF (Automated Test Framework) or manual testing as applicable.Support UAT and deployment planning activities.Identify gaps, propose workarounds, and recommend best practices within the ServiceNow platform.Participate in design reviews and contribute to configuration or low-code development when necessary.Act as a bridge between business teams and technical teams ensuring smooth communication and understanding.SkillsStrong experience as a Business Analyst on the ServiceNow platform.Solid hands-on understanding or prior experience in ServiceNow development/configuration.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess feasibility and propose optimized solutions.Ability to prepare process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
