Business Analyst

We’re looking for a passionate Business Analyst to join our Finance team and drive innovation, efficiency, and business growth.What You’ll DoCollaborate with our Business Controlling Team to analyze and control operational resultsLead and support projects focused on process improvement and automationPrepare monthly and quarterly reports, and support accounting activitiesProvide insights and solutions to management using advanced analytics toolsWork closely with cross-functional teams and suppliers (also in English) to ensure excellence in KPIsContribute to cost-saving initiatives and digital transformationTo succeed, you will needBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Management, IT, or Applied MathematicsPrevious experience in accounting and financial reporting (Big 4 experience is a plus!)Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skillsProject management and presentation skillsTeam player with a proactive, innovative attitudeAttention to detail and good communication skillsSolid knowledge of ERP systems (preferably BPCS/AS400 and SAP S/4HANA)Advanced Excel skills; SQL and Power BI are a plusFluent English (written and spoken)We encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every single requirement.
