You are a big-picture thinker who knows how to bring improvement to complex systems.Ability to effectively facilitate requirements gathering sessions.Understanding of the bridge between experience design and engineering.Excellent communication skills, both written and oral .Ability to effectively bridge the gap between the business and IT organizations.Ability to quickly adapt and contribute to solution design across a broad range of industries.Strong time management skills.Understanding of various software delivery methodologies .
