This role requires collaboration across multiple teams to develop, manage, and optimize business intelligence solutions, reports, and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and SQL Server BI Stack.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage business intelligence solutions, reports, and dashboards that provide actionable insights into project performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and visualize data supporting strategic decisions.Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to help others understand business performance.Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, correlations, and opportunities for improvement.Execute data quality assessments and maintain integrity across all reporting outputs.Present findings clearly to stakeholders, translating complex data into understandable insights.Design and develop customizable, interactive dashboards and reports to visualize KPIs and metrics.Support strategic initiatives with analytical insights, including forecasting and trend analysis.Maintain compliance with FFD requirements to work at a Nuclear Power Plant facility.Required ExperienceBachelor’s degree in business management, project management, or related field, or equivalent experience.Minimum 3+ years in business intelligence or data analysis roles.Strong command of SQL, Power BI, and/or Tableau for data visualization.Experience with Microsoft applications, including Visio and Power BI.Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Nice-to-Have ExperienceExperience working in Agile environments or with Agile methodologies.Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.Understanding of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and data warehousing.Experience in the utility or energy industry.Strong collaboration and presentation skills in cross-functional teams.Detail-oriented mindset with adaptability to fast-paced environments.Required SkillsSQL and relational database managementPower BI or Tableau dashboard designData analysis and visualizationPreferred SkillsMS SQL Server BI Stack (SSRS, TSQL, Power Query, DAX)Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS ProjectForecasting and trend analysisAgile methodology experienceStatistical modeling fundamentalsAdditional SkillsBI report automationData cleansing and validationKPI development and trackingDeployment flow charts and swim lane diagrammingBenefitsMedical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Plans401k Retirement FundAbout the ClientA leading natural gas and electric energy company serving millions of customers across the United States.
