Where no two days are the same.MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Functional requirements and technical requirements elicitationBusiness/Functional AnalysisSupporting User Acceptance TestingCreation of Project documentation - requirements and specificationsCommunication with English speaking project stakeholders on customer sideBuild stakeholder consensus and ensure everyone is on the same page, in agreement, and can visualize the solution being proposedBe ready to perform Product Owner proxy responsibilities (requirements clarification, creation and refinement, grooming facilitation)Develop business cases, requirements, use casesPost-Implementation supportPropose recommendations based on industry best practicesEDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE :University degree in computer science, Information Systems or similar5+ years of commercial experience as a Business Analyst (marketing and sales is a huge plus)Experience in gathering/elicitation business requirements and developing functional specifications with special emphasis on use cases, providing user training and supportKnowledge of business analysis best practices (ideally BABOK)Knowledge of requirements lifecycleKnowledge of software development process (Software Development lifecycle)Knowledge and experience in the software development methodologies (preferably Agile)Understanding of modern WEB technologiesExperience with tools for Software management, Jira/Confluence, etc.Advanced communication verbal and written skillsEnglish: Upper-intermediate and higherQA background will be a big plusWHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE?Collaborative and Inclusive Culture: You’ll work alongside passionate engineers striving to provide the best service to our clients and communities with shared interests and identities, in a dynamic environment involving teams spread across different global locations;Flexibility and Growth: Enjoy flexible working hours and access to a wide range of professional development opportunities, including training programs, learning platforms and certifications.
