Learn more here: https://carbonbetter.com/about/Position OverviewManage all scheduling logistics, invoicing, a communication for set of pipelinesConfirm traded volumes and nominate gas in pipeline and utility systems.Support traders by urgently responding to information requests and actively monitoring operational constraints.Clearly and proactively communicate with counterparties, customers, and representatives to foster goodwill and cultivate strong relationships.Map gas flows and balance volumes in the ETRM, ensuring accurate invoices and P&L allocations.Take ownership of portfolio P&Ls, including rate setting, asset optimization, trading positions, and risk management.Review and approve pipeline transportation invoices.Investigate invoice discrepancies and provide support to the Accounting Team.Identify and evaluate value-add opportunities such as market expansion, new market entry, new product offerings, and other strategic initiatives.Assist in managing a power book through forecasting, regulatory work, and P&L analysis.Note: On-call weekend rotation (approximately 6 times per year) and occasional nights and weekends are required.QualificationsFour-year degree in an analytical field such as mathematics, economics, logistics, or business.Solid Excel skills, including pivot tables and advanced functions.Unflappable: able to remain calm in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with rapidly changing priorities.Ambitious self-starter: takes initiative and shows a high degree of ownership in everything you do.Problem-solver: enjoys breaking down complex projects into manageable tasks and steps using exceptional analytical, critical, and logical thinking.Growth-minded: passionate about learning, thoroughly understanding the full process, and asking all the right questions to get there.Detail-oriented: consistently produces well-thought-out, high-quality work and is eager to share findings.Strong communicator: able to communicate openly and easily across departments and levels of expertise.Team player: positive, proactive attitude; trusted and supported by peers.BenefitsContract Type: Permanent (indefinite-term contract)Weekly English classes (2 hours) to boost your professional skillsProfessional growth opportunities in a fast-growing, impact-driven companyCompany-paid parkingDiscount with Action Black gymSnacks and beverages provided by the companyResumes and responses must be submitted in English.
