Job DescriptionJob Title Business AnalystJob OverviewAs a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining analytical dashboards and reports. You will translate business requirements into clear data insights using Tableau, SQL, and Excel, supporting leadership in strategic planning and performance management.This role offers a hybrid work model based in Chennai with 3 days in-office and 2 days WFH.Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain dashboards and analytical reports using Tableau and Excel. Work with large datasets to identify trends, insights, and improvement opportunities. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into actionable reporting solutions. Perform data validation, ensure data accuracy, and maintain reporting integrity. Present findings and insights to leadership in a clear, concise, and visually engaging manner. Participate in planning, needs analysis, and risk assessment for new projects or initiatives. Proficiency in Tableau and T-SQL (Intermediate to Advanced). Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
