Our client is looking for a Business Analyst.Contract positionRemote position.Must know Monday.com and knows to speak Russian Language.ResponsibilitiesPerform in-depth analyses of consumer metrics, including Lifetime Value (LTV), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), churn rates, and cohort performance, using SQL queries and statistical methods to uncover trends and opportunitiesDevelop forecasting models for subscriber growth, revenue projections, and market penetration, incorporating external factors like competitive landscapes and economic indicatorsCreate and maintain reporting dashboards and visualizations (e.g., using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for consumer acquisition, retention, and engagementConduct market research and price analysis, evaluating elasticity, competitive pricing, and promotional impacts to recommend optimizations that drive revenue and affordabilityCollaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales teams to integrate insights into growth strategies, including A/B testing support and scenario planningIdentify data gaps and work with engineering teams to improve data collection for consumer use cases, ensuring robust datasets for ongoing analysisDeliver presentations and reports to stakeholders, translating technical findings into clear, business-oriented recommendations that influence decision-makingSupport ad-hoc research projects, such as regional market assessments or emerging trends in broadband adoption, blending qualitative insights with quantitative rigorBasic QualificationsBachelor's degreeMust know Monday.com2+ years of professional experience in business analytics, consulting, market research, or growth operations1+ years of experience with SQL and creating/managing dashboards using data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Looker)Preferred Skills And ExperienceBachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, computer science, or a related quantitative fieldAdvanced SQL skills, including complex joins, window functions, and query optimizationExperience with forecasting, financial metrics (e.g., LTV, CAC), or pricing analysisProficiency in statistical modeling and forecasting techniques (e.g., time-series analysis, regression in Python or R)Experience with ETL processes, data pipelines, or automation scripting (e.g., Python, VBA)Background in high-growth consumer tech environments, startups, or consulting firms with a focus on customer acquisition and retentionStrong research skills, including familiarity with market intelligence tools (e.g., surveys, competitive analysis platforms)Excellent communication abilities, with a track record of presenting insights to non-technical audiences and influencing cross-functional teamsProject management experience, including prioritizing tasks in fast-paced settings and collaborating with diverse stakeholders
