Be part of the future!How You’ll Make An ImpactIdentify, analyze, and document the application-specific solution requirements.Collect and comprehend project's business requirements and translate into functional specifications.Establish the operational scenarios for the present and the future (processes, models, use cases, plans, and solutions) and collaborate with IT team and business users to ensure accurate translation of business requirements to IT solution requirements.Assist in business conceptualization and rationalization for IT projects.Liaise between the business and technical solution providers in assigned project to ensure requirements are proper addressed before a technical solution is designed and implemented.Provide the link between business users, development team and any third-party regarding software functionality, throughout the development lifecycle. What Will Set You Up For SuccessBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or related field3–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial servicesStrong understanding of core banking systems, processes, and products (e.g., deposits, loans, payments)Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements and workflowsAbility to translate business needs into functional and technical specificationsFamiliarity with SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and project management practicesDrive practically with passion.Innovate to beat the best and adaptable to change.Strong teamwork and open communication.Proactive, resilient, and optimistic mindset.
