Role: Data Business AnalystModel: B2B ContractRate: 18 000 – 21 000 PLN net/monthLocation: Poland (Remote)Working hours: EST, approx. 1 PM – 8 PM CETClient: One of the world’s largest global investment fundsLanguage: Excellent English required; Polish not requiredAbout The ProjectA hands-on role supporting global technology teams with advanced data analysis, requirement gathering, mapping and validation across financial datasets.Responsibilities Gather and translate business needs into user stories and requirements Write SQL for profiling, validation and issue investigation Create data mapping and contribute to lineage/catalog documentation Cooperate with Data Engineering and BI teams Analyze and resolve data incidents Maintain backlog, triage requests, communicate updates Participate in Agile ceremonies Build clear, reusable documentationRequirements 3–5+ years as Data/Business Analyst Strong SQL skills (joins, window functions, CTEs) Experience with financial datasets Experience with Snowflake or other data warehouses BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Sigma) Jira/ServiceNow Excellent written and spoken EnglishNice To Have Private equity/asset management experienceWymaganiaOczekujemyOferujemy
