Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for:Business AnalystResponsibilities:Models and documents value chain/streams, business processes, roles, capabilities and dataElicits and analyses business needs, requirements and user storiesSupports business experts and product owners during definition of requirements and software developmentMaintains and tracks requirements/user stories in systems lifecycleTransfers business, users and technical needs into business requirements specificationMaps business goals, project benefits, priorities, components, system featuresAnalyses available systemsSupports identification of options for potential solutionsSupports preparation of business cases and feasibility studiesContributes to systems design, testing, quality assurance, change managementResponsible for designing, validating, and testing business processes for achieving business process excellenceResponsible for taking a holistic approach in the planning and managing of a programmes for continuous improvements of business processesResponsible for coaching Frontex staff on upcoming changes, ensuring that a plan is in place to teach new skills and/or process changesCollaborates with owners of end-to-end processes to continually seek out process improvementsIdentifies opportunities for business process improvement leading to improved customer serviceRequirements:Bachelor's degree in ICTAt least 2 certifications among:Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent; Certified UML Professional certificate at foundation level or BPM 2 fundamental level or equivalent or equivalent certifications recognized internationally (subject to acceptance as a valid credential by the Contracting Authority)Minimum 8 years of IT relevant professional experienceMinimum 5 years of project experience relevant to the profileHas gone at least 1 time through the complete lifecycle of the software solutionKnowledge in business processes modelling using BPMN notationKnowledge in requirements/user stories elicitation and analysisKnows analysis/modelling notations like UML (capability diagram, activity diagram, state diagram, logical data model etc.)Is proficient in using modelling tools like Sparx Enterprise Architect, Aris Architect or othersPresents excellent analytical and communication skillsHolds ability to create and maintain analytical and project documentation effectivelyPresents problem solving skillsAbility to evaluate and translate mobilie usability standardsProficient in gathering and refining mobile-specific requirements via user stories, acceptace criteria, and backlog groomingUnderstading of platform guidelines (Apple and Android), app store constraints, and push notification policiesAbility to use UX tools like FigmaEnglish level: C1 confirmed by a certificate or be willing to take the exam; Polish level: nativeOffer:Private medical careCo-financing for the sports cardConstant support of dedicated consultantEmployee referral program
