Business Analyst Roles (Senior & Junior) - Banking Project (On-site Contract):We are seeking one Senior Business Analyst (120 person-days) and two Junior Business Analysts (240 person-days total) for a critical, full-time, on-site assignment supporting our Banking Client.Contract Duration: January 1, 2026 – June 30, 2026Contract Type: Temporary FreelancePreferred Setup: B2B Freelance with own entity setupPay Rate: NegotiableKey Responsibilities:You will work with the PMM Business Analyst to support project deliverables, including:Gathering requirements and drafting detailed functional specifications.Performing process analysis and documentation.Preparing and executing comprehensive test scenarios (including data testing).Providing 2nd level end-user support and managing issues via BMC/ADO.Resolving Data Quality issues and conducting root cause analysis.(Note: The Senior BA will take a lead role in complex analysis and mentor the Junior BAs.)Profile Requirements:The ideal candidates must have hands-on experience in:Business Analysis Lifecycle: Requirements collection, specification drafting, testing, and collaboration with IT.Financial & Compliance Expertise: Experience with KYC, Counterparty Compliance, and a background in Financial Analysis, Monitoring, or Credit Risk.Data Management: Knowledge of Data Quality, Migration, and Testing concepts.Support & Frameworks: Familiarity with ITIL and providing 2nd level support.Soft Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.Desirable: Knowledge of Data Governance frameworks (e.g., DMBOK).If interested, or you know someone that could be, please reach out and we can arrange a time to speak?
