Digital Harbor was voted by employees as “Best Place to Work” in 2018 & 2019.Job Title: Business Analyst – Product Champion Experience Required: Only 0 to 2 Years (Preferably in a Product-Based Software Company) Location: Bangalore Availability: Immediate Joiner Preferred Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Evangelism: Act as the product champion for newly launched Digital Harbor products. Promote them to both internal teams and external customers by highlighting their core differentiators and business value.Customer-Centric Insights: Understand customer needs by observing product usage, identifying gaps between product vision and real-world value, and suggesting improvements.Goal-Driven Execution: Define clear product adoption goals and develop strategies to achieve them — including customer education, onboarding programs, and continuous feedback loops.Data-Driven Analysis: Collaborate with the Product and Data teams to define key product success metrics. Analyse product usage data, derive insights, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance product performance and adoption.Stakeholder Collaboration: Identify and nurture product ambassadors within business teams to drive user adoption and streamline existing processes onto Digital Harbor’s new products.Continuous Improvement: Capture and report defects, usability issues, and enhancement ideas.
