You’ll shape how projects are delivered, ensuring solutions meet real business needs whilst driving operational excellence for our Life & Pensions clients. You’ll work across diverse challenges—from complex data migrations to auto enrolment implementations—collaborating with project managers, architects, developers, and testers to deliver successful outcomes.What You'll DoEngage with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements, creating clear process flows and user stories.Apply Life & Pensions expertise to guide solution design, ensuring regulatory compliance throughout delivery.Define data migration strategies, support data mapping, and validate data integrity across migration phases.Provide migration & integration oversight, ensuring seamless transitions between legacy and target platforms and adherence to governance frameworks.Support auto enrolment implementations, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, keeping projects on track and stakeholders informed.Produce clear documentation (BRDs, process maps, oversight reports) aligned to milestones and audits.What You'll BringEssentialStrong understanding of pension products, regulatory frameworks, and operational processes.Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio for analysis and documentation.Experience with collaboration tools like Confluence or Azure DevOps.Excellent communication skills—able to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable requirements.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on risk and delivery assurance.DesirableExperience with auto-enrolment implementations.Hands-on experience working in Life & Pensions.Understanding of data models and validation activities; familiarity with system integration projects.Professional certifications (BCS Business Analysis, IIBA, or similar).About DigXWe’re a specialist consultancy focused on delivering technology and business transformation solutions for the financial services sector.
