Business Analyst

We have an exciting opportunity in the Business Performance team to support the business turnaround management activity.Report to the Manager, Business & Systems Analysis, you will support the operation of FiNDnet, the company’s turnaround management and billing system, including daily data validation/ cross checking, capturing missing information while liaising and communicating with airport staff to clarify and charge for the services provided to our customers.More about the role:Reporting & Data AnalysisMaintain and advance any current Power BI dashboard and reporting metricsIdentify new opportunities for data collection, analysis and reporting to help foster data-driven decision makingGenerate and distribute critical reports, including monthly national performance and OTP reportsManage ad-hoc data requests to support operational needsContribute to the creation and implementation of digital data collection toolsCollaborate across business streams, providing data support for project requests and commercial queriesFiNDnet System Management & SupportOversee daily data validation and cross-checking to ensure accuracyCapture and clarify missing information in collaboration with airport staffImplement and support new charges and services to ensure alignment with billing ratesMonitor system performanceFacilitate the implementation of the FiNDnet SystemProvide training sessions during rollouts to ensure effective system usageEssential Requirements:Tertiary qualifications, preferably in Aviation, Business/CommerceStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsPrevious experience in business analysis or a related field (minimum 1 year)High proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (experience with Power BI is a must)Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work independently and collaborate effectively within a teamA proactive, solution-oriented approach to challengesPrevious experience working in the Aviation industry would be advantageousPrevious experience with API integration would be advantageousWillingness to do interstate travelling, when requiredWhy dnata?At dnata, we believe in fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment that encourages professional development and career growth.
