The ideal candidate is passionate about transforming business requirements into high-quality platform solutions and driving projects to successful completion.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, analyse, and deliver platform/project solutions aligned with client and business objectives.Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and advise on the most appropriate WiseBOS Suite solutions.Conduct requirement-gathering meetings and workshops, documenting and validating business and system requirements.Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and comprehensive system documentation.Collaborate closely with software developers to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.Provide guidance to QA teams during testing cycles and support the resolution of issues and tickets.Guide clients through the full implementation lifecycle and support post-delivery enhancements and solution expansion.Act as a liaison between Operations and IT to gather and refine requirements for system modifications and enhancements.Meet regularly with project teams to review deliverables, monitor deadlines, and ensure high-quality delivery of complex solutions.Stay up to date with platform releases, new features, and relevant accreditations.Travel abroad when required for client meetings and project implementations.QualificationsUniversity degree in Computing, Engineering, Science, or a related field.Excellent command of English (daily interaction with international clients and teams).Strong SQL knowledge.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.Logical mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.Passion for technology and digital transformation.Experience4–5 years of proven experience in:Business Analysis within large-scale software implementation projectsManaging both structured project deliverables and ad-hoc operational requests.Project management exposure, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.Understanding of indices, fundamentals, analytical data, and returns-level data.Personal QualitiesStrong analytical thinking with attention to detail and structured problem-solving approach.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.High level of ownership and accountability, ensuring tasks are followed through to completion.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the confidence to propose improvements and challenge assumptions when needed.Team-oriented, collaborative, and willing to support colleagues to achieve common goals.Adaptable and comfortable working in evolving project environments.Benefits An attractive Renumeration Package based on experience and qualifications.Ability to join the company’s Provident Fund and Medical Insurance plan, after the completion of the first 6 months of probation period.Flexible working hoursBonus Loyalty SchemeOpportunity to join a well-respected organization with an excellent reputation in the industry throughout Europe.How to ApplyPlease send your detailed CV to hrmanager@ebos.com.cy with the title: “Application for the position of Business Analyst” in the subject.
