Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with proven expertise in policy administration, system migration, and product structuring. This role is pivotal in addressing current operational challenges and ensuring seamless delivery across multiple complex projects. Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyse and Document System Limitations: Identify constraints within the current policy administration system and assess their impact on operational efficiency.Support Migration & Integration Projects: Work closely with technical and business teams to manage dependencies between migration, ingestion, and product structuring initiatives.Project Governance & Alignment: Contribute to project structure and governance frameworks, ensuring prioritisation and dependency management across organisational teams.Process Mapping & Standardisation: Lead efforts to document and standardise processes across schemes using tools such as Lucidchart. Establish clear BA practices to improve consistency and transparency. What We’re Looking ForStrong background in policy administration systems and business process analysis.Hands-on experience with system migration projects and managing complex dependencies.Excellent process mapping skills and familiarity with tools like Lucidchart.Ability to work within structured governance frameworks and drive organisational alignment.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
