Our organization creates an environment in which business and industrial sectors can share their technological problems, data-information, and resources in search of innovative ideas and solutions to various R&D challenges and opportunities.Job ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary liaison between clients and the technical development team, ensuring all communication, requirements, and issues are clearly captured, tracked, and resolved.Review and analyze existing system processes, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.Receive, document, and manage client requests, feature enhancements, and bug reports through established communication channels, prioritizing and coordinating resolutions with the development team.Conduct validation and testing of fixes, enhancements, and new features before release to ensure functional accuracy and user satisfaction.Support customer success activities by facilitating onboarding, training, and user adoption of the developed solutions.Gather, analyze, and document business and analytical requirements in detail, translating them into structured Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories.Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure business logic, workflows, and data requirements are fully understood and properly implemented.Organize and facilitate meetings, requirement workshops, and review sessions to align stakeholders and clarify expectations.Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and UAT sessions, ensuring deliverables align with both business needs and technical feasibility.Maintain up-to-date documentation, user guides, and process maps for internal and client reference.Support agile project planning, progress monitoring, and reporting through DevOps or similar project management frameworks.Continuously monitor system adoption and performance metrics, recommending improvements for higher efficiency and user engagement.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Management–related field.Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or related role in digital solution or software development environments.Proven experience in developing or maintaining digital toolkits or enterprise applications serving mid- to large-scale user groups.Technical SkillsStrong background in requirement scoping, technical documentation, and process mapping.Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and DevOps practices (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence).Understanding of UI/UX workflows, data analytics concepts, and software testing methodologies.CommunicationExcellent verbal and written English (mandatory).Ability to break down complex and technical concepts into clear, layman-friendly explanations.Confident in managing client-facing communications, requirement discussions, and expectation alignment.Soft SkillsAnalytical and detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.Ownership-driven and proactive in identifying and addressing issues.Collaborative and adaptable to multi-project environments.Organized, structured, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.Hiring TermsFull-time jobFive-days working weekFlexible working hoursMedical insurance package (family cover)Push 30 (Wellness Program) - company-coveredChildcare supportCompany-provided lunchNote: This position is available only for locals
