Senior Business Analyst – Identity and Access Management (Contract)Location: ZurichStart: January 2026Duration: 12 monthsWorkload: 100 percentA leading Swiss bank is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a major initiative around digital customer login and Identity and Access Management.What you’ll do:• Develop IAM concepts and strategies for the customer-facing digital interface• Analyse and optimise existing security processes• Translate requirements into clear concepts and ensure successful implementation• Coordinate closely with internal and external stakeholders• Work within a conceptual team and DevOps team in a Scrum environmentWhat you bring:• 5–8 years experience as a Business Analyst• Strong background in IAM for digital channels• Solid understanding of authentication including OIDC or OAuth• Experience designing and implementing security solutions in customer-facing environments• German C2 This is a great opportunity to join a major banking project with full-year engagement for 2026.
