You'll collaborate closely with delivery partners, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure that every feature built adds value and aligns with the program's objectives. Key ResponsibilitiesConduct discovery workshops and gather business and clinical requirements across multiple stakeholder groupsMap current and future-state workflows, user journeys, and process modelsTranslate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteriaCollaborate with product, design, and technical teams to validate feasibility and ensure business alignmentSupport backlog refinement, sprint planning, and delivery prioritisation within an agile frameworkWork closely with the testing and change teams to ensure requirements are met and well communicatedContribute to documentation, knowledge transfer, and handover activities across delivery phases About You5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within digital, technology, or transformation programsProven ability to define and document business requirements and workflows in complex environmentsExperience working in agile delivery environments with multi-disciplinary teamsStrong analytical and communication skills, able to bridge business and technical perspectivesBackground in healthcare, insurance, or other service-based industries is highly regardedFamiliarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure environments is an advantageComfortable working with external vendors and delivery partners to align requirements and outcomes This is a standout opportunity for a business analyst who enjoys greenfield projects and wants to help shape an entirely new digital product.
