Job Title: Business Analyst & Executive Assistant to Vice President / General Manager – North & West AfricaLocation: Casablanca / Rabat, MoroccoReporting To: Vice President & General Manager – North & West AfricaRole PurposeThis is a dual-role position designed to provide high-quality business analytics, strategic support,and executive assistance to the Vice President & General Manager. The incumbent will act as atrusted business partner—translating data into insights, driving governance and follow-up acrossregional teams, and ensuring seamless coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Therole demands strong analytical thinking, fluency in English and French, excellent communication,and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.Key Responsibilities Business Analytics & Performance Tracking Develop, manage, and automate business performance dashboards using tools such as Tableau,Power BI, or Excel. Analyze sales, financial, and market data to generate insights and identify opportunities for growthand efficiency. Support strategic projects by providing data-driven recommendations, forecasts, and performancescorecards. Partner with commercial, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure accuracy and consistency inreporting. Prepare monthly and quarterly business review presentations for the Regional Leadership Teamand Global HQ. Executive Support & Governance Manage and coordinate the VP/GM’s calendar, appointments, and travel schedules effectively. Prepare and review PowerPoint presentations, reports, and communication materials for internaland external meetings. Track follow-up actions from governance meetings, ensuring timely closure and alignment withkey stakeholders. Handle confidential and strategic communications with discretion and professionalism. Support the VP/GM in organizing regional governance forums, leadership meetings, andcross-functional reviews. Strategic Coordination & Collaboration Serve as a key liaison between the VP/GM and regional/global functional heads (Finance, HR,Marketing, Operations, Regulatory, etc.). Coordinate with country offices (Morocco, Algeria, Ghana, Egypt, and FWA) to consolidate inputsand prepare executive summaries. Enable smooth communication flow and ensure timely submissions, alignment, and accountabilityacross teams. Support preparation of strategic documents, PMO trackers, and dashboards for One Africa andBeyond initiatives. Communication & Stakeholder Management Draft and edit high-impact emails, briefs, speeches, and presentations in English and French. Facilitate effective communication between the VP/GM’s office and internal/external stakeholdersincluding regulators, partners, and affiliates. Represent the VP/GM’s office professionally in meetings and events when required. Maintain a strong sense of confidentiality, diplomacy, and cultural sensitivity.Required Skills & Competencies Technical : Advanced Excel, Tableau/Power BI, MS PowerPoint, and data visualization tools Analytical : Business acumen, quantitative reasoning, problem-solving, and interpretation of trends Communication : Excellent verbal & written communication in English and French Organizational : Calendar, project, and time management with strong attention to detailInterpersonal : Cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder alignment, and executive presenceBehavioral : Proactive, resourceful, high integrity, and ability to manage ambiguityQualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred. 5–8years of relevant experience in business analysis, executive support, or strategic planning,preferably within a multinational or FMCG/pharma organization. Proven experience working withsenior leadership and managing confidential information. Strong fluency in English and French(spoken and written) is mandatory. Experience in African markets or regional/multi-country roles isan added advantage.Key Success Metrics Accuracy and timeliness of business reports and dashboards.
