However, please know that we always put ourselves in the candidate's shoes to ensure they have the best possible experience.We look forward to meeting you!Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Trilingual Business Analyst to join our teams in Brussels. In this role, you will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions. Your ability to communicate seamlessly in three languages will be a key asset in an international and multicultural environment.Your Responsibilities:Collect, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders. Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams. Perform gap analysis and propose optimized processes and solutions. Support testing phases (unit testing, UAT) and assist with deployment activities. Ensure effective communication and alignment between business and IT teams. Prepare clear documentation and reports for management and project teams. Your Profile:Degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst (4–7 years minimum). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams. Fluent in English, French, and Dutch (both spoken and written).
