Job Title: Business Analyst – Finance TransformationSector: Financial Services / TechnologyLocation: Dublin City Centre (Hybrid)Salary: €65,000 - €75,000 DOE plus bonus, pension, and healthOur ClientOur client is a global financial technology organisation at the forefront of automation and digital transformation. You are comfortable working with data, testing and agile delivery and motivated by making real, measurable improvements in how finance systems operate.Ideal candidates will have:• 3–5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or Management Consultant• Strong skills in gathering, documenting and managing business and technical requirements• Experience supporting or delivering finance system or automation projects• Exposure to financial processes such as billing, invoicing or reporting• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban)• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills• Strong attention to detail with an organised, delivery-driven approach• SQL or data analysis experience is an advantageRole and Reporting LinesYou will join a cross-functional internal product team within the finance transformation function, working alongside senior analysts, developers and business stakeholders.
