Business Analyst - 12 month FTCSalary - £45,000 - £60,000 basic + benefitsLocation - Leeds Hybrid 1-2 days a weekWe’re looking for a proactive Business Analyst to join a major global betting and gaming company during a period of significant transformation. Sitting within a large change program, this role will support the implementation of a new procurement platform and help streamline business systems across the organisation.Responsibilities:Lead core Business Analysis activities across the project, including requirements gathering, documentation, process mapping and stakeholder workshops.Gain an in-depth understanding of current systems and workflows, and translate these into clear future requirements for the new platform.Work cross-functionally with product, engineering and third-party partners to support configuration and development of the new procurement system.Ensure solutions meet business needs, regulatory expectations and internal standards.Support decision-making by providing structured analysis, clear documentation and well-reasoned recommendations.Requirements:At least 4+ years experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within large-scale transformation programs.Strong foundation in core Business Analyst skills: requirements gathering, documentation, workshop facilitation, process analysis, stakeholder management.Understanding of internal business systems and how they integrate within large organisations.Confident communicator who can build relationships at all levels.Package:£55,000 - £75,000 base salaryAnnual bonusFlexible benefits programIf you’re an experienced Business Analyst looking to contribute to a major transformation program within a global organisation, we’d love to hear from you.**Due to the high volume of applications, not all applicants will receive feedback
