You will design and execute analytical studies, collect and interpret data from multiple sources, and communicate insights clearly and visually. The role combines analytical efforts with creativity in storytelling and a commitment to solving real-world problems.Responsibilities:- Independently design and execute analytical studies based on project research questions and available data.- Identify relevant data sources and collect data to support analysis.- Implement analytics pipelines using tools such as Python, Tableau, text analytics platforms, or statistical software.- Apply both quantitative and qualitative research methods to derive meaningful insights.- Communicate results clearly and visually through reports, presentations, and storytelling.- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of analyses and client deliverables.- Maintain high attention to detail and ensure analytical accuracy and quality.Qualifications:- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in analytics, data research, or related fields.- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a field with a strong analytical focus (e.g. Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Economics, or Engineering).- Strong command of statistical methods and analytical tools.- Experience with qualitative research methodologies.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to organise and interpret complex datasets.- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights through visuals and text.- Proven ability to manage multiple parallel projects and meet deadlines.- Team spirit, reliability, and a high sense of responsibility.- Programming skills in Python or R are a plus.- Experience with text analytics is an advantage.
