Recently, it secured $5 million in funding from Google to further expand and grow.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Business Analyst based in Bengaluru. The Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities include evaluating business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and providing actionable insights. The role also involves supporting the development of tailored solutions, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring clear communication across various teams.QualificationsStrong Analytical Skills for evaluating data, identifying trends, and problem-solving.Proficiency in Business Analysis, including identifying business needs and proposing effective solutions.Exceptional Communication skills to ensure clear correspondence between stakeholders, teams, and management.Understanding of Business Processes and ability to translate them into actionable plans.Ability to gather, document, and analyze Business Requirements to support strategic decision-making.Strong organizational and collaborative skills to work effectively in team environments.Experience with community or facility management systems is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred.
