Business AnalystPay rate £250pd, inside IR35. Remote role with occasional site visits (Cardiff).Role PurposeYou support the discovery phase of the Integrated Care Record for the NHS. You analyse needs across health and social care. You shape clear requirements that guide future digital services for Wales.Key TasksAnalyse complex processes, data, and user needs across teams.Lead requirements gathering, modelling, and documentation.Recommend options and produce clear evidence for decisions.Map systems, workflows, and pain points.Support planning for MVPs and scope control.Communicate findings to senior stakeholders in plain language.Must-have SkillsStrong experience in business analysis for digital services.Skilled in process modelling, requirements management, and testing.Skilled at facilitating workshops and stakeholder sessions.Able to analyse complex information and explain outcomes clearly.Experienced working with multidisciplinary teams.Agile delivery experience.Strong critical thinking and attention to detail.Masters level qualification or equivalent experience.BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis or equivalent.Nice-to-have SkillsExperience in health or social care settings.Knowledge of NHS terminology and data.Experience with benefits analysis and compliance needs.Ability to work in Welsh at level 1.Support You Will GetAccess to senior delivery leads for guidance.Clear direction on priorities and outcomes.
