You’ll work closely with stakeholders to understand current pain points, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the delivery of innovative solutions that enhance performance and customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesLead process discovery and mapping workshops with cross-functional teamsAnalyse existing workflows and identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunitiesDefine and document “as-is” and “to-be” processes using industry-standard tools and techniquesCollaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Delivery teams to ensure solutions align with business needsSupport change impact assessments and contribute to training and adoption plansChampion continuous improvement and process governance across the programmeWhat You’ll BringProven experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on process analysis and optimisationExpertise in process modelling (e.g. BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma) and business requirements gatheringExcellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skillsStrong analytical mindset and attention to detailExperience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
