Job DescriptionIn the Wealth Planning & Investment Tribe, we simplify investment processes for customers and provide advisors with top-tier investment advice through straightforward, high-quality solutions. The Tribe consists of about 180 members, and all development work related to investments is managed here.The workplace is located in Vilnius. Danske Bank supports workplace flexibility (we currently use a hybrid work model, where we work at least 3 days in the office).Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you different seniority of the role.You will:Handle initiatives and tasks end-to-end, from conception to testing and implementationFacilitate and engage in meetings with various stakeholders across business linesDraft and propose Epics and User Stories, translating requirements into development tasksReview and assure the quality of ideas, mock-ups, and developed solutionsDocument processes and create diagrams and flowchartsConduct user and system tests for our solutions in different marketsAnalyze data usage to understand customer needs and pinpoint improvement areasStay informed about market trends to identify business opportunities in the retail investment sectorAbout you:Minimum 1-2 years’ experience as a business analyst or similar roleKnowledgeable about IT processes and architectureStrong foundation in investment domain and related banking functionsMotivated to explore new areas and engage with diverse stakeholdersProactive, structured, and result-orientedStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAdvanced in English, with a keen interest in customer perspectives"Be yourself.
