Business Analyst

Job SummaryWe are looking for a Business Analyst – Operations & Data Analytics to drive data-led process improvements across field operations and aftersales functions. The role will focus on building systems, automating workflows, defining KPIs, and enabling leadership decision-making through strong analytics and dashboards. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop systems, processes, and reports to track operational performance and progressDesign data structures and pipelines to improve operational efficiencyGather requirements from field teams, managers, and leadership and automate processesDefine KPIs and build dashboards for performance monitoring and insightsLead data-driven projects across field operations and vehicle aftersalesManage data for off-road vehicles, roadside assistance, B2B customer support, and field failuresDrive digital transformation initiatives and continuous process improvementsCreate management reports and presentations highlighting trends, gaps, and opportunities Required SkillsAdvanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Pivot, Power Query, Data modeling, etc)Strong data analysis and dashboarding skills (Power BI or similar tools preferred)Experience handling large and unstructured datasets from multiple sourcesStrong PowerPoint skills for management and leadership reviewsGood understanding of automotive / EV aftersales operations and related dataKnowledge of customer SLAs and performance analysis QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering (MBA preferred)4–7 years of experience in Program Management, Business Analysis, or Operations AnalyticsExperience in Automotive / EV / Fleet Management industry preferredExperience with Zoho Creator or low-code platforms is a plus
