Business Analyst

MissionWe are looking for a Business Analyst with the ability to analyze, discuss and define development solutions, as well as coordinate and monitor the implementation of solutions, but also assist in identifying and tracking incidents that occur on platforms already in operation.ResponsibilitiesDefining technical solutions with the help of the technical teamsDrawing functional diagrams to facilitate decision-making and form the basis of the technical solution.Stakeholder management (technical and business)Aligning deliveries based on program objectivesPrioritizing and coordinating the tasks of the different teams involved in the same developmentMonitoring developments, deploys for quality and coordination of integrated testsCoordinating UATs with the business before they go into productionPreparing information for the analysis teamsRequesting effort and cost estimates from the technical teamsDefining technical requirementsProactively ensuring the operational excellence of electric mobility platformsProfileDegree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Management Informatics or similar;Minimum 2 years' experience in specifying, implementing and monitoring digital solutionsMinimum of 2 years in IT project managementExperience in resolving/managing incidentsKnowledge of Galp's Digital Ecosystem (Middleware Systems, CRM, Billing, Apps, Portals, etc.)Knowledge of IT helpdesk operationsAbility to analyze systems documentation and architectureFluent in Portuguese and English (required)OrganizationInetum is a European leader in digital services.
