afarax is looking for a freelance Business Analyst Invest & Financial Insurances. We need you!The project:Our client in the banking sector, is seeking an experienced Business Analyst Invest & Financial Insurances to strengthen their team.Responsibilities:Responsible for elicitation, analysis and documentation of business, stakeholder, solution and transition requirements.Works closely with product owners, architects and other subject matter experts to understand business and technology strategies, develop domain knowledge, identify high-level requirements, and to foster reuse and continuity of that knowledge across all projects enabling the program.Analyze and design new business processes.Identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases.Work with the project manager, architects, and other team members to define metrics and performance goals for the application.Participate in transitioning the requirements and use cases to the designers, and ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirementsAssist in translating requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for product, performance, and user acceptance testing.Actively manages requirements traceability for impact and coverage analysis.Participate in quality management reviews, in particular reviews of the designs, prototypes, and other requirements work products to ensure they fulfill the requirements.Plans and actively executes the BA requirements management strategy; communicating, driving and managing the business analysis effort through all phases of the project lifecycle.Partners with internal and external development and technology delivery organizations; prioritizing their dependencies on the BA to ensure successful delivery of solutions.Serve as a liaison to the business community.Is this you?You are able to speak, read and write fluently English, French and DutchYou have a master's degree or equivalent experience, supplemented by three to five years of relevant work experience.At least 5 years of relevant experienceExperience with conceptual modelling techniques and methodsGood expertise in MS OfficeGood understanding of IT and testingExperience with requirements managementGood understanding of work flow processesTransversal stakeholders managementUnderstand and document current process and toolsUnderstand contracting processesLead workshop to define target flowDocument and communicate target flow and processProvides support during business and user testing and assists with the organization of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) where applicableBuild and run the change management planManage the risk, quality and issuesHow afarax supports you?You benefit from our extensive networkYou will have access to projects that fit your expertiseWe help and support you throughout your projectWe offer the possibility to build a valuable and lasting partnershipCheck out more projects on: https://afarax.be/jobs/type/freelance/
