Our homes provide a very unique opportunity for whiskey fans to learn, taste and interact with these whiskeys and purchase, direct from source and get delivered globally.We have ambitious growth and development plans and will continue to invest in our Brand Homes infrastructure to ensure we are the ultimate online whiskey destination delivering seamless omnichannel experiences for our consumers and our full portfolio of brands.The JobWe have a unique opportunity for a Business Analyst and Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team.Reporting to the eCommerce Manager, you will be responsible for the administration and management of data and analytics to improve the consumer experience and drive value across retail operations, including on-site retail, ticketing, bar and e-commerce. The role will involve supporting our Irish Distillers Brand Homes Marketing & Retail Teams leveraging the power of data across different platforms to drive growth acceleration, efficiencies and optimisation across the Brand Homes digital marketing campaigns.The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a consumer-focused approach to report delivery, effectively highlighting opportunities to enhance the customer experience across all retail touchpoints.What’s Involved?Analyse Shopper Behaviour & Trading Performance:Collate and integrate data from multiple sources to understand shopper behaviour and trading performance across Brand Homes ticketing, bar, retail shop and eCommerce. Apply descriptive and predictive analytics to identify trends, gaps, and optimisation opportunities that enhance the consumer journey and drive revenue growth both in-store and online.Marketing & Campaign Performance Analysis:Develop and manage analytical reports to evaluate marketing and campaign performance against key digital KPIs and metrics. Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness, enhance channel synergies, and maximise return on advertising spend (ROAS).Data Visualisation & Reporting Optimisation:Maintain and optimise consumer-centric, insight-led PowerBI dashboards that measure the full end-to-end customer journey, aligning metrics and performance indicators with key objectives across the purchase funnel.Data Governance & Analytics Infrastructure:Manage data architecture, ensuring adherence to best practices for standards, governance, and methodologies in data visualisation, storyboarding, analytics modelling, tracking, development, and validation.What We’re Looking ForEssential CriteriaCommercial acumen and a customer-centric mindset.An analytical mind with a strong inclination for problem-solving.Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in digital analytics (Google Analytics) and performance marketing, including event tagging/tracking and customer journey analysis.Proficiency across Google Marketing platforms (e.g., Data Studio, Google Trends, Google Analytics, Google Ads, GTM, Google Optimize) and data visualization tools (e.g., Microsoft Power BI).Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP).Preferred SkillsBachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing/Ecommerce, Data Analytics, or Data Science.Experience with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify.WHAT WE OFFERWe understand our people are our special ingredient.
