The Business Analyst role will support the translation of product vision, patient and site insights, and business objectives into executable requirements and vendor deliverables. Coordinate cross-functional input, manage documentation, and ensure timely, compliant, and high-quality delivery across internal and external teams.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESConvert business objectives and vision into clear requirements, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Maintain traceability from requirements to test cases and releases.Map workflows for clinical trial sites, patients, and sponsors across trial friction and opportunity points from awareness to completion.Create simple sequence diagrams and specifications that enable strong data governance aligned to HIPAA, ICH GCP, and GDPR.Maintain taxonomy, ontology, and requirements library to ensure consistency across partner integrations and configurations, while protecting proprietary information.Ensure vendor deliverables align with PXO data governance, AI safety guardrails, and integration standards defined by leadership.Partner with internal and external engineers, contractors, and international teams. Run sprints, size work, manage the backlog, and publish release notes.Support launch and enablement activities by providing technical inputs, process documentation, and value metrics.Capture customer feedback and convert it into actionable product updates.Define KPIs, track metrics and build reports that demonstrate adoption, value and impact across our suite of solutions.Synthesize competitive and market insights to support roadmap and go-to-market decisions.Evaluate and manage vendors and integration partners. Run fit assessments, track performance, and contribute to build vs buy vs partner decisions.Establish and maintain templates, SOPs, work instructions, and policies.CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE Required:5 – 7 years as a Business Analyst, Product Owner or Product Manager in clinical research or digital health organization.Strong go-to-market experience including launch plans and sales enablement.Proven collaboration with software engineers and vendors across time zones.Built or managed products that leverage AI or ML.Experience designing products for clinical trial sites, patients, and sponsors.Hands-on with BI tools and SQL to define and track KPIs.Demonstrated ability to scale processes and teams during product growth.Experience running market research and using findings to influence the roadmap.Excellent written requirements, acceptance criteria, and UAT packs.Preferred:Patient recruitment experience and knowledge of funnel metrics.CTMS, EDC, CRM, or referral management exposure.Healthcare media attribution experience.Experience conducting GxP impact assessments and working on validated products aligned to ICH GCP, 21 CFR Part 11, GDPR and EU Annex 11.ABOUT JUMO HEALTHJumo Health (www.jumohealth.com) is a Patient Experience Organization purpose-built to address the emotional, cognitive, and social barriers patients face when choosing whether to participate in clinical trials.
