This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable specifications for development teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and experienced in supporting end-to-end digital solution delivery.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESRequirements Gathering & AnalysisEngage with stakeholders to understand business needs, problems, and objectives.Conduct workshops, interviews, surveys, and process mapping sessions to gather requirements.Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and system interactions.Translate business requirements into clear, concise functional and non-functional requirements.Documentation & SpecificationDevelop Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.Maintain product backlogs, ensuring requirements are prioritized and clearly articulated.Create process maps, data flow diagrams, use cases, and wireframes where needed.Document business processes and user stories.Compile and organize business and data requirements. Collaboration with Technical & Delivery TeamsWork closely with product owners, solution architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure requirements are feasible and understood.Participate in Agile ceremonies (refinement, sprint planning, stand-ups, demos).Support solution design discussions and evaluate proposed technical solutions.Ensure requirements are delivered accurately and meet the business objectives.Quality Assurance & ValidationAssist QA teams in developing test plans and test cases based on requirements.Validate solutions through user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring they meet stakeholder expectations.Identify gaps, defects, or misalignments and facilitate resolutions.Stakeholder & Client ManagementBuild strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Provide regular updates on requirement progress, risks, and impacts.Facilitate decision-making and ensure alignment among teams and stakeholders.Prepare requests for proposal (RFPs) for third-party vendors.Continuous Improvement & InsightsAnalyze data, trends, and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.Recommend changes to processes, systems, or products to enhance efficiency and user experience.Support the development of business cases and cost-benefit analyses for new initiatives.JOB QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT, software development, or digital solutions environment.Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and solution documentation.Proficiency with BA tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Lucidchart, Visio).Exposure to modern software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum).Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements.Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities, and strategic thinking to connect requirements to business strategy. Experience in large-scale, complex projects in a digital transformation or system modernization context. Certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) are desirable.OTHERS:Contract details: Fulltime, 1 year initial contract.Work location: East Ave., Quezon CityWork set-up: OnsiteWork schedule: Monday to Friday, 8AM to 6PM
