JOB DESCRIPTIONRequirements Gathering & AnalysisCollaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.Analyze and interpret complex business needs, translating them into clear, concise, and actionable functional and non-functional requirements.Identify and document business rules, data requirements, system integrations, and reporting needs related to transportation and logistics.DocumentationCreate detailed business processes, workflows, use cases, and data model documentation.Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and System Requirement Specifications (SRS).Business Process ImprovementAnalyze current workflows to identify inefficiencies and design improved business processes that fully utilize the capabilities of the CARIS platform.System Design & SpecificationWork with software architects to translate requirements into technical specifications.Assist in designing user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX).Stakeholder CommunicationAct as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team.Participate in client presentations to demonstrate the business value of proposed solutions.Provide end-user support and training for the new business workflows.Solution Validation & Testing SupportCollaborate with the QA team to develop test plans, test cases, and user acceptance testing (UAT) scenarios based on documented requirements.Support UAT activities, including facilitating testing sessions, gathering feedback, and tracking defects.Verify that the developed CARIS solution meets the defined business requirements and delivers the expected value.REQUIREMENTMinimum of 3 years of experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role within an Agile development environment.Experience working with ERP systems or logistics management software. It is a strong plus if have experience as an end user of OPUS Logistics.Strong experience managing software product development with a focus on features and product delivery.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Prior experience supporting sales is a plus.Solid understanding of both business and technical perspectives.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.Proficient in English (advanced in speaking, writing, reading, and listening).BENEFITAttracted salary based on the ability of the candidate and the general salary framework set by the company.Salary review based on performance every 6 months if your basic salary is less than 30,000,000 VND.
