Business Analyst (m/f/d) As a Business Analyst, you are an essential part of a transformation project team focused on replacing our core systems. You act as a bridge between business and IT and play a key role in the successful implementation of the new system landscape. What to expect You analyze and document business processes in the life insurance sector You gather, structure, and prioritize requirements in close collaboration with business departments You create business scenarios, use cases, user stories, and process models (e.g., BPMN) You support in data migration activities You conduct functional acceptance testing The skills you'll bring Several years of experience in requirements management, business analysis and knowledge of agile methodologies Solid understanding of insurance processes is a must Experience in individual life insurance a plus Analytical and conceptual thinking, assertiveness, negotiation skills, and team spirit Experience with international projects and intercultural collaboration required Excellent spoken and written English is a must, fluent in German, French, or Italian is seen as a plus A university degree in business or insurance Your next stepJessicaRecruiting & Talent Acquisition Specialist
