📍 Location: UOA Business Park, Shah Alam💰 Salary: RM3,500 – RM6,500🕘 Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PMAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Business Analyst who can bridge business requirements with system and technical solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and operations teams to deliver effective digital solutions.Key Responsibilities• Gather and analyse business requirements from stakeholders• Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories & UAT scenarios• Map business processes and system workflows (AS-IS / TO-BE)• Work with developers and vendors on system integrations, APIs, and data flows• Support testing, UAT, and production deployment• Document requirements and ensure alignment between business and technical teamsRequirements✔ Minimum 3 years experience as Business Analyst / Solution Analyst / Technical BA✔ Experience in system & functional requirement analysis✔ Understanding of system architecture and integrations✔ Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments preferredTechnical Knowledge• APIs (REST), JSON / XML• Basic SQL or data analysis• System workflows and integrationsNice to Have• IVR / Contact Centre platforms (e.g. NICE CXone)• CRM / Ticketing systems• RPA or automation exposure
