Business Analyst (Mid-Level)

ResponsibilitiesKforce has a client that is seeking a Business Analyst (Mid-Level) in Philadelphia, PA. Responsibilities: Elicit and document business and functional requirements (User Stories, BRDs, FRDs) aligned with PMO standards Develop process flows using BPMN to support cross-functional understanding Facilitate stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather actionable insights Translate business needs into user stories and structured documentation for Jira Support backlog refinement and prioritization using strategic frameworks Configure and maintain Jira dashboards and filters to track program health Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solution fit and reduce rework Draft plain-English logic for data queries to support analysis Maintain version-controlled documentation in Confluence and SharePoint Contribute to PMO governance by promoting documentation consistency and audit readinessRequirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field Minimum Years of experience required: 3-5 years Specific Technical Skills and/or Tools Experience: Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint), BPMN modeling Applicable Certifications or Licenses: CBAP, PMI-PBA (preferred but not required)The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs.
