You will work directly with clients to map their current realities, define their future needs, and implement sustainable improvements that drive genuine progress. Job PurposeThe Business Analyst is responsible for supporting consulting engagements through data analysis, process mapping, and requirements gathering. This role contributes to the development of client solutions by conducting research, preparing documentation, and identifying areas for operational or strategic improvement. The position requires analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and client stakeholders.Duties and ResponsibilitiesReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to support client assessments and project recommendations.Document business processes, workflows, and system interactions using standard methodologies and tools.Develop reports, presentations, and client deliverables.Participate in stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather business requirements.Support project planning activities, including timeline tracking and task coordination.Contribute to the identification of gaps, inefficiencies, or improvement opportunities within client operations.Collaborate with consultants and project managers to ensure alignment between analysis and project goals.Maintain organized records of project work, including research findings and supporting documentation.Other duties as assigned.Skills and QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.Experience in a business analysis or analytical support role, preferably within a consulting or professional services environment.Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI) and documentation software (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple assignments and adapt to changing priorities.Familiarity with process improvement, project management, or requirements gathering methodologies is preferred.
