Position: MIS Executive & Business AnalystLocation: Gurugram, HaryanaExperience: 2-4 yearsSalary: 30-40KRole SummaryWe're seeking a detail-oriented MIS Executive cum Business Analyst who will beresponsible for data management, reporting, process automation, and providinganalytical insights to support business operations and client campaigns.Key ResponsibilitiesMIS & Reporting● Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly management reports forinternal teams and clients● Develop and maintain automated dashboards for campaign performancetracking● Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights● Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems● Create ad-hoc reports as needed for management decision-makingBusiness Analysis● Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement andoptimization● Gather requirements from teams and translate them into technical specificationsDocument workflows, processes, and standard operating procedures● Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency● Work closely with sales and operations teams to improve client delivery Automation & Tools● Build automation workflows using tools like Zapier, Make.com, or similar platforms● Create advanced Excel templates with macros, pivot tables, and complex formulas● Integrate various marketing tools and platforms for seamless data flow● Automate repetitive tasks to improve team productivity● Develop Google Sheets scripts and Google Apps Script solutions for workflow automationStakeholder Management ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and creative● Present insights and recommendations to leadership team● Provide analytical support for client pitches and proposals● Train team members on MIS tools and reporting systems
