Title: Business AnalystResume Due Date: Tuesday, October 21, 2025 (5:00PM EST)Number of Vacancies: 1Level: MP4Duration: 12 monthsHours of work: 35 Location: 1908 Colonel Sam Dr, Oshawa (Hybrid, 3 days remote) Job OverviewTranslate the product vision into a comprehensive story map.Develop and maintain detailed user stories aligned with business objectives.Manage and refine the product backlog to ensure alignment with priorities and stakeholder needs.Coordinate and facilitate estimation sessions with the development team.Organize and lead meetings to support project planning and execution.Prepare System Requirement Documents (SRDs) and other supporting project documentation.QualificationsProven experience in writing clear and effective user stories and technical documentation.Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework.Proficiency with Agile estimation techniques and backlog management.Highly tech-savvy, with the ability to collaborate closely with development teams on technical discussions and estimation efforts.
