If you’re looking for a challenging role that will make the most of your skills while allowing you to make an impact, this is it.Enbridge is hiring a Sr Analyst, Business Systems Integration right now—when you apply, Raise will review your application within 48 hours and contact qualified applicants for interviews.Job OverviewThe Sr. Analyst, Business System Integration will play a crucial role in preparing for the transition to new enterprise tools and functionality. This position involves working collaboratively with team members and key stakeholders to support the successful implementation of key solutions, while minimizing disruption and ensuring the safe and reliable operation of core business functions.Key Responsibilities Plan logistics and support Organizational Change Management for over 3,800 users across the U.S. Analyze large data sets and cross-reference data across multiple sources. Monitor communication plans and issue communications to impacted stakeholders. Schedule training and support Workday setup and administration for all impacted stakeholders. Track business resource engagement, coordinating with the business readiness team to manage scheduling conflicts. Establish staff training requirements and attendance, tracking and managing participants to completion. Develop, run, and support progress reporting of resources and training status. Lead the planning and arrangements for all logistics, including training rooms and technology needs. Support planning and coordination of resources such as Trainers, Super Users, Change Champions, Project team, and End Users. Communicate registration details, working directly with directors and people leaders to manage attendance and resources. Collaborate with team members, providing additional support and managing requirements. Support logistical requirements for other program areas as assigned.Qualifications Related education and 2 years of experience, or an equivalent mix of formal education and demonstrated experience and results. Demonstrated experience managing work in a complex environment with aggressive timelines. Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills. Exemplary organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Internet tools, including SharePoint, Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint. Intermediate Excel skills (e.g., vlookup, xlookup, pivot tables, IF statements). Ability to influence others without direct authority. Flexible and adaptable, able to work in ambiguous situations. Self-starter with initiative. Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
