About the role:We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our Network team and play a key role in connecting our business with our digital future. In this role, you’ll partner with stakeholders across the business to review, analyse and evaluate systems, processes, and user needs ensuring they align with Northpower’s strategic goals.You’ll support a variety of initiatives, working closely with our Network Platforms and Control Systems teams to translate business requirements into actionable digital solutions that drive performance and efficiency.What you’ll be doing: Analyse business functions, gather insights, and recommend process improvements Facilitate user design workshops and prepare clear, well-documented requirements Partner with technical and digital teams to identify and implement system enhancements Support project scoping, testing, and change management activities Document current and future state processes and ensure continuous improvement Collaborate with Group Digital to align with enterprise-wide data and system strategiesAbout you: 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within utilities, infrastructure, or digital transformation environments Strong experience in business process analysis and project environments Proven ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills A collaborative, solution-focused mindset and passion for continuous improvementWhat’s in it for you?
