Our client in the Fianace and Banking sector is looking for a skilled BA to join our team and support ongoing and upcoming D365 initiatives.Key Requirement (Essential):Hands-on experience in Microsoft D365 implementations non-negotiableRole Overview:As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with technical and business stakeholders to gather requirements, map business processes, and support the successful delivery of D365 solutions. You will play a key role in ensuring that business needs are aligned with D365 capabilities and best practices.Key Responsibilities:Gather, analyse, and document business requirementsFacilitate workshops with users and stakeholdersTranslate business needs into functional specificationsSupport D365 configuration, testing, and deploymentIdentify gaps and recommend process improvementsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution deliveryProvide end-user support and assist with training when requiredSkills & Experience Required:Microsoft D365 Implementation Experience (Essential)Strong business process mapping and analysis capabilityAbility to translate technical concepts into business-friendly languageExperience in Agile environments is beneficialExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
