Your mission will be to:Turn business needs into data solutions: Manage both ongoing and ad hoc requirements by designing and delivering impactful analytics products.Be a trusted partner: Collaborate closely with our Business Partner for Finance and OCS, providing insightful reports, dashboards, and deep-dive analyses that support key business objectives.Work cross-functionally: Engage with stakeholders across Finance, OCS, IT, and the broader DI&A team to ensure alignment and maximize the value of data-driven initiatives.Drive data storytelling: Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives that influence decision-making and spark innovation.Who we’re looking for?University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or a related field1–2 years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or a related field (internships or academic projects count!).Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel dashboards.Basic knowledge of SQL or other data querying languages — bonus if you’ve dabbled in Python or R.A strong interest in working with Finance and Commercial teams, understanding their needs and translating them into data solutions.Great communication skills and a collaborative spirit — you’ll be working with cross-functional teams including IT and DI&A.A passion for learning, problem-solving, and turning numbers into stories.What We OfferOur success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
