Business Analyst, ERP Systems and SupportFinanceRemote Anywhere in USAre you a strategic thinker with a passion for ERP systems and process optimization?Pinchin LLC. is looking for a skilled Business Analyst, ERP Systems and Support to play a key role in enhancing and maintaining our Deltek Vision and Vantagepoint platforms.The Business Analyst position is responsible for the design, improvement, maintenance, and support of our ERP and other integrated systems. This role will be instrumental in optimizing our use of Deltek Vision and Vantagepoint, supporting system enhancements, and ensuring the system aligns with the organization's goals. A Day in the life of a Business AnalystCollaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint modules (e.g., Projects, Billing, CRM).Analyze current workflows and recommend improvements aligned with system capabilities.Support configuration, testing, and deployment of enhancements and upgrades.Develop and maintain SOPs, training materials, and user guides for Vision and Vantagepoint users.Provide support for system issues, liaising with Deltek Support, third party consultants and internal IT teams as needed.Assist with data mapping, reconciliation, and integration efforts between Vision/Vantagepoint and other systems and platforms.Any other projects related to our ERP and related systems, as assignedWhat You Bring To The Pinchin TeamBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or Computer Science, or related field.Hands-on experience with Deltek Vision and/or Vantagepoint.Proficiency in tools such as Excel and SQL.Experience with system testing and process improvement initiatives.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (written and verbal).Ability to work cross-functionally with finance, operations, and IT teams.What Pinchin Offers YouCompetitive compensation, benefits, and Insurance (health dental, etc.) with employer contributions.Ten paid holidays, competitive PTO program, paid Volunteer Day, and paid Parental Leave!Employee Assistance Program.Annual bonuses and an 401(k) Matching Program.Flexibility and an environment that supports work-life harmonization.Professional development and training opportunities.Educational and professional membership dues reimbursementEmployee Referral Bonus ProgramWhy Pinchin?At Pinchin, our employees are the heart of our business.
